Domain Blacklist Criteria
We add domains to our domain blacklist for many reasons. You can find an explanation for each of these reasons below.
If you think we're missing something, please feel free to suggest it to us via email - [email protected]

Fake Content
Domains on our domain blacklist for "Fake Content" are offering desirable content in return for the completion of a monetised action but after the monetised action has been completed by the website visitor they're not given the desired content. An example of this could be a website that offers a video game voucher such as a Steam Wallet Card in return for the completion of a survey but after the survey is completed nothing happens.
Phishing
Phishing is the act of stealing login credentials. We list domains known to be promoting phishing scams as they pose a significant risk to internet users. There is a thriving criminal market for stolen login credentials so we believe listing phishing domains on our blacklist will help reduce the risk of falling victim to these scams.
Get Rich Quick Scam
There are many websites on the internet claiming to be able to make you large amounts of money in a short period of time. Sounds too good to be true, right? You'd be correct in thinking that. These kind of websites are listed on our domain blacklist as they lure people into schemes that simply waste their time and money.
Spam
We list domains utilised by spammers as we have learnt people do not want to see spam while using the internet. We list all kinds of spam including domains advertised via unsolicited email and those mass advertised on user-generated content websites such as YouTube.
Fraud
If we find domains engaged in fraudulent activities we will list them on our domain blacklist. Examples can include websites selling stolen gaming accounts to domains known to be advertising stolen credit and debit card information.
Rogue Pharmacy
Rogue pharmacies can be found on our domain blacklist as they not only pose a threat to consumer pockets but also their health. Criminals have taken advantage of paid healthcare by offering cheap alternatives to medicine. Medicine purchased from these rogue pharmacies have proven to include toxic substances in the past so they are really not worth the risk.
Malware
Domains known to be promoting malicious software (malware) will be listed on our domain blacklist. Malware can have devastating consequences if executed on a computer so we frequently list domains promoting malware in an attempt to save people from becoming victims to this malicious activity.
